This year, as citizens of Heaven, we are launching "Adopt a Block"—a movement to reach our neighborhoods through prayer, service, and relationships.

How It Works: Step by Step

Step 1: Choose Your Block

Start by adopting the block where you live, work, or spend time.
This could be your street, workplace, favorite coffee shop, or local grocery store.
Ask God to place a specific block on your heart.

Step 2: Begin with Prayer

Commit to praying daily for your block and the people in it.
Take prayer walks—as you walk, ask God to open doors for ministry.
Keep a prayer journal to write down what God reveals about your community.

Step 3: Serve Your Block

Look for small ways to serve:
- Helping a neighbor with groceries.
- Cleaning up trash on your street.
- Blessing a struggling family with a meal.
Be intentional—ask God to show you specific needs in your community.

Step 4: Build Relationships

Through acts of kindness, you’ll start building genuine connections.
Invite neighbors for a BBQ, coffee, or a casual gathering.
Show the love of Jesus through friendship and care.

Step 5: Share the Gospel

As trust grows, look for opportunities to share your faith.
Invite neighbors to church, a Bible study, or a community event.
Consider hosting a small group or Bible study in your home for those you’ve been praying for.
