Church Family,

We are thrilled to announce Vision 2025: "The Harvest: Seeds of Revival." God is leading The Word Church into an exciting season of sowing, growing, and reaping a bountiful harvest for His Kingdom. This vision is about planting seeds of faith, revival, and transformation in our church, community, and beyond. With perseverance and trust in God's promises, we believe He is preparing us for something extraordinary.

What is "The Harvest: Seeds of Revival"?

This vision is rooted in Galatians 6:9, where we are reminded to stay steadfast in doing good, knowing that God's timing will bring a great harvest. It is also inspired by Isaiah 43:19, as God promises to do a new thing—reviving what seems barren and making a way where none exists. Together, we will focus on three key areas:

1. Planting Seeds of Faith:
   We will invest deeply in discipleship and spiritual growth, ensuring every believer is equipped to live a life of faith, rooted in the Word of God. Through Bible studies, prayer gatherings, and mentorship, we’ll strengthen our foundation for what God is about to do.

2. Cultivating Revival:
   Revival begins in our hearts and spreads to our homes, our church, and our city. We will prioritize worship, intercession, and fasting, seeking God’s presence to ignite a fresh outpouring of His Spirit. Revival is not a moment—it’s a movement!

3. Reaping the Harvest:
   The Word Church is called to reach the lost and bring hope to the broken. Through evangelism efforts, community outreach, and partnerships, we will embrace our role as laborers in the fields, ready to welcome those God brings into His Kingdom.

How Will We Apply This Vision?

1. Commit to Prayer and Fasting:
   Beginning this January, we will launch monthly prayer gatherings and a 21-day fast to seek God for direction and empowerment.

2. Empower Every Member:
   Each of us has a role to play. We will offer workshops and training on evangelism, leadership, and spiritual growth so everyone can be equipped to plant seeds and reap the harvest.

3. Expand Outreach Initiatives:
   Our heart is for Stockton and beyond. We will increase efforts to serve our community through food drives, school partnerships, and outreach events, becoming the hands and feet of Jesus.

4. Revitalize Worship:
   Our worship services will reflect our hunger for God’s presence with powerful praise, heartfelt prayer, and Spirit-filled encounters that draw people into the life-changing presence of God.

5. Disciple New Believers:
   As the harvest comes, we will disciple those who say “yes” to Jesus through small groups, one-on-one mentorship, and practical teaching that helps them grow in their faith.

Let’s Do This Together!

Church, the time is now! God is calling us to step into this new season with faith, boldness, and expectation. The seeds we plant today will result in the revival and transformation we’ve been praying for. Don’t grow weary; let’s persevere, knowing that God’s promise is sure: the harvest will come!

Get ready for Vision 2025: "The Harvest: Seeds of Revival." Together, we will see God do a new thing in us and through us. Let’s commit ourselves fully to this vision, believing that greater things are yet to come!
